Don't choose to be the mask , be the mirror
Have the courage to observe and reflect

Truth is not reducible to words

The soul  never dies , and the mind creates these barriers like an emotional blockage

Exercise the heart by carrying the people you love

Spending time with yourself, within the discomfort of uncertainty

Unless you do
You'll never learn that lesson

Stretch your comfort zone , catch up with yourself

Solitude never a threat or burden
Take your inner voice for a walk in nature

Some say love is a drive others a vibration
Sacred and expanding
Notice it all around you.

Don't choose to be the canvas, be the painter.
